Prior Notification Consent for residential conversion received in Ipswich Wetdock

A new precedent has been set with JTS having just secured prior notification approval, so that ground floor offices in the Ipswich Wetdock area can be converted into flats.  The application was supported by a Flood Risk Assessment and is the closest building, to the dock, where the Borough Council has allowed residential use at ground floor level.
