JTS obtained planning permission to demolish a three storey 1930’s Care Home in Hull and replace it with an extension to the adjacent Convent. We were subsequently appointed to project manage the demolition works; oversee the detailed designs; obtain building control approval; specify and tender the scheme; appoint a Principal Contractor; and administer the works. The new Chapel and extension have now been completed and the Sisters have taken occupation and are very pleased with the quality of the works.
