The JTS Partnership were appointed as Planning Consultants, Principal Designers and Contract Administrator for this project. The four new Victorian style town house dwellings are being built on a tight sloping town centre site on the edge of a Conservation Area. The works are progressing well with the piled foundations in place, the retaining walls constructed, waterproofing system installed, the lower ground floor slab in place and rear walls now rising to upper ground floor level. All works are currently on programme and within budget. The client has been pleased with the progress made and the quality of works to date.
