Lonely Mulenga joined JTS as a Graduate Surveyor in 1999 and gained full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2004.

Lonely is based at our Brentwood Office and works closely with one of the firm’s major clients in carrying out Asset Valuations for inclusion in Financial Statements, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Qualified Surveyors Reports. She is also engaged in Property Management, Sales and Lettings. Lonely also undertakes valuation work for loan security purposes and has been involved in providing valuation advice during the course of negotiations and litigation.
