JTS has just received planning permission and listed building consent, on behalf of a client, to install a new heating and cooling system in licensed premises which are part of the Grade I listed warehouses on the north side of West India Dock in east London. The applications were accompanied by a detailed Heritage Statement such that, in granting permission, the Borough Council did not consider it necessary to impose conditions requiring the submission of any further information.
