On the 26th June the Planning Committee of Tendring District Council resolved to grant outline consent for 47 dwellings on their greenfield site on the edge of Dovercourt. JTS co-ordinated the Pre-Application, and application process, and led a team which included architect, drainage engineer, highways consultant, arboriculturalist and archaeologist. The decision notice will be issued once a Section 106 Agreement has been concluded.
