Non Material Amendment to previously approved application (installation of a ground mounted solar photovoltaic array) approved under Section 96A of The Town & Country Planning Act 1990. Amendments to solar modules and footprint were sought. The reason for this non-material amendment relates to a supply issue with the proposed solar panels originally intended as part of the planning permission secured and these panels were no longer available.
