Following a grant of planning permission for the erection of a two storey rear extension and alterations to provide extended retail space at ground floor and use of the first floor for two flats, JTS have prepared and submitted applications for the discharge of the conditions. London Borough of Barking and Dagenham have approved the details submitted in respect of conditions relating to external material samples, hard landscaping, boundary treatments, and refuse and recycling enclosures.
