New Dwelling on Grade II Listed Site in Essex

Our client obtained planning permission to build a two bedroomed dwelling in the garden of their Grade II listed home (former village school) in Essex. JTS Partnership has been appointed to undertake the detailed design; obtain building control approval and act as Principal Designer; specify, tender, appoint the Principal Contractor and administer the works. The project is progressing well, with dry lining complete and plastering works having commenced. Externally work has started on the paving, fencing and landscaping. Practical completion is due in early June 2018.
