The JTS Partnership LLP were appointed by one of their established ecclesiastical clients to design and project manage a new extension to an existing dwelling house in Brentwood, which was completed in April 2019. The works included obtaining Planning Permission and Building Control Approval, together with the transfer in ownership of a parcel of land and extensive refurbishment and modernisation work to the existing property, including; replacement of roof coverings, new kitchen, new bathroom, new conservatory, full re-wire of the property’s electrical installation and a new entrance canopy. The client is most pleased with the completed project and a senior figure in the organisation now resides at the property.
