Following a complex planning history JTS have successfully secured planning consent for the demolition of the existing derelict property and the replacement with 3 Victorian style dwellings within a Conservation Area. The scheme will create a vastly improved site replacing derelict buildings and overgrown vegetation with high quality accommodation that will contribute to the overall setting of the Conservation Area and wider residential environment. It is a highly sustainable development making effective use of previously developed land and brings forward much needed housing.
JTS engaged with the local planning authority throughout the pre-application process to address any issues and ensure a smooth process where a scheme was produced which was approved under delegated powers within the statutory 8 week period.
