Planning and listed building consent granted to refurbish historic warehouse

Planning and listed building consent granted to refurbish historic warehouse, which was converted into a public house in the 1990’s, on Sutton Harbour, Plymouth. The building was originally constructed around 1650 and has been used for a variety of purposes, including as a military prison. In the mid 1700’s, it became the first porcelain factory in the country. The applications were made following extensive research into the building’s history and were supported by a detailed Heritage Statement.
