The JTS Partnership has secured full planning consent for replacement windows and doors on a flat block in a Conservation Area. The existing timber windows and external doors, which are of a poor condition, will be replaced with A rated uPVC windows and doors designed to replicate the style and appearance of the existing timber frames. A discharge of condition application has recently been submitted for the approval of details of the replacement windows and doors.
