Planning permission & listed building consent have been granted by Buckinghamshire Council for refurbishment works on the ground and first floor, and the upgrade and enhancement of the rear customer courtyard, at a pub site in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.

The works have been carefully designed, and are limited, and cause no harm to the heritage significance of the building or the character and appearance of the surrounding Conservation Area. They respond to their context and the needs of the business and its customers. They are fully compliant with relevant national and development plan policies.
