Residential Conversion of Kent Barn

JTS has successfully negotiated planning consent for change of use of a curtilage listed barn to residential.  The site lies within the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Main issues that had to be addressed were heritage and the policy preference for commercial use.
