Planning Permission for Business and Innovation Centre – Essex

Planning permission has been secured for a 3,500sqm (38,000 sq ft) Business and Innovation Centre Building on a University Research Park in northeast Essex. JTS produced the planning, economic and transport statements and co-ordinated the application team, which included the architect, together with arboricultural, landscape, ecological, sustainability, flood risk, drainage and land contamination consultants.
